Each module also contains exercises to complete and support you as you work your way through the programme.
Remember:
This is a self governed programme so you should really go at your own pace – but as a guideline we would recommend you give yourself a two week window on each module.
Pro Tips:
- Listen to the core content as early as possible – and then go back to revisit as often as you wish.
- Get cracking with the exercises straight after – and in particular try to practice the mindfulness exercise daily if you can.
- Please go easy on yourself if you miss a day or two – or if you feel you’re falling behind. Just bring yourself gently back to the content and the exercises as soon as you can – and keep on trucking.
- This is not a competition, life sometimes just gets in the way and we all have our own unique rhythms.
- The most important thing is to show up – and to take the time to invest in yourself.
